Purpose
The Online lottery in India (“Lottery”) is conducting a Online lottery in India Scratchers 2nd Chance Promotion for registered 2nd Chance players as an incentive for players to purchase the Online lottery in India Scratchers.
Promotion Period

Online lottery in India reserves the right to terminate or extend this promotion at any time.
Prize
At the conclusion of the promotion, there will be one (1) draw with:
• Four (4) winners each of a Online lottery in India arcade, carpet, and two stools
(Merchandise Prize Package Value: $5,000 – this includes withholding tax and shipping)
• One (1) grand prize cash winner of $40,000
There are no cash options for any of the Online lottery in India Merchandise Prize Packages, however, Merchandise Prize Packages are transferrable to immediate family members who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, including spouses, parents and grandparents, children and Online lottery in India grandchildren, brothers and sisters, mothers-in-law and fathers-in-law, brothers-in law and sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law. Adopted, half, and Online lottery in India step family members are also included in immediate family. How to Enter

The draw will occur within fifteen days after the promotional period with alternates drawn in the event a winner is disqualified. All eligible, non-winning Online lottery in India Scratchers 2nd Chance codes submitted into the draw are also automatically entered into the regular Scratchers 2nd Chance Weekly Pool Draws that apply.
Winner Notification and Claims

The winner must submit a 2nd Chance Claim Form in accordance with Lottery Regulations and procedures. In the event the winner does not claim his/her prize within 180 days from the ‘Winners Posted By’ date, the winner will waive all rights to the prize.
Once the 2nd Chance Claim Form is processed by Online lottery in India, the winners of the Merchandise Prize Packages will be notified by a representative from Pollard Banknote Limited to discuss the fulfilment and claim steps of the Merchandise Prize Packages. Pollard Banknote Limited is a Lottery contractor who is assisting Online lottery in India in fulfilling the Merchandise Prize Packages and supplying the tax forms. Lottery will fulfil all Grand Prizes and tax forms on Grand Prizes.
